Local Delivery (Within 15 Miles of M1)
We offer local delivery for customers located within a 15-mile radius of M1.
Delivery Days:
Tuesday & Friday
Order Cut-Off Times:
- Order by Monday 4:00 pm for Tuesday delivery
- Order by Thursday 4:00 pm for Friday delivery
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.
48hr Delivery (Within 15 Miles)
If you need your order sooner, we offer delivery via FedEx.
- Order must be placed before 12:00 pm (Noon)
- Shipped via tracked FedEx service
- Expected arrival: We aim to deliver the next day, but it can take up to 48 hours.
The charge for this service will be £2.50 each order.
UK Delivery (Outside 15 Miles of M1)
Orders outside our local radius will be shipped via tracked FedEx delivery.
- Delivery timeframe: Up to two working days
- Tracking details will be provided once dispatched
- Shipping costs will be £2.50 for each order.

• Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
• Alkalyfe is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information. - Missed Delivery / Failed Delivery Attempts
• If no one is available to receive the delivery, FedEx may leave a card, attempt redelivery, or deliver to a local collection point.
• For free local deliveries, a redelivery may need to be scheduled and could incur a fee.
Delivery Notifications
- Customers will receive email or SMS updates once an order is out for delivery or collected by FedEx.
Delays and External Factors.
- Weather, strikes, or courier issues may cause delays.
- Alkalyfe will always try to inform customers of any unexpected disruptions.
