Our subscription service is designed to give you flexible, convenient access to your Alkalyfe Alkaline water. Please read the details below before signing up.

Subscription Frequency

A subscription is classed as a recurring order delivered no more than once per month, based on the frequency chosen at checkout.
Available subscription options include:

•  Once a week
• Every fortnight / every two weeks
• Every other week
• Once a month

You may choose the frequency that best suits your needs.

How Subscription Payments Work

• Payments are taken automatically on the date your subscription order is due to renew.
• By subscribing, you authorise Alkalyfe to process recurring payments until the subscription is cancelled.
• If a payment fails, you will be notified, and the order may be delayed until payment is completed.

Managing Your Subscription

You can update your subscription at any time, including:

• Delivery frequency
• Delivery address
• Payment details
• Product selection

Any changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, we require a 14-day cancellation notice.

• Any orders scheduled within the 14-day notice period will still be processed and delivered.
• Once the notice period has passed, no further deliveries or charges will occur unless you restart your subscription.

Pausing or Skipping a Delivery (Optional Feature)

If needed, you may pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery.
All changes must be made before the next billing date.
